Job Responsibilities
Understand the local real estate climate and analyze comparable home sales in your area
Negotiate with fellow real estate agents on behalf of your client to reach a favorable deal for the purchase and/or sale of a home
Attend real estate showings and open houses with your clients
Consult with clients throughout the negotiation process of reaching mutual acceptance on a home
Communicate promptly and regularly with clients about their real estate needs
