A career in Property Management could be your calling As a Leasing Consultant and Marketing Specialist, you will learn invaluable amounts of information about this exciting industry. Our team is missing a key member, YOU Some of the responsibilities of this position include: Scheduling appointments with prospective residents over the phone and/or email to view our community. Touring model and/or rent ready apartment homes with prospective residents to lease for immediate move in. Completing and explaining application and lease paperwork. Inspecting future resident's apartment homes to ensure readiness. Corresponding daily with prospective residents, applicants and current residents to ensure the highest Customer Service possible. Preparing renewal packages. Taking work orders and accurately maintaining and providing information to the maintenance team. Documenting customer complaints accurately and professionally and relaying all information to the Property Manager. Outside marketing to local businesses on a weekly basis. Taking the lead in planning resident event. STRONG work ethic. Must be professional in all aspects of this position. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize. Reliable transportation. Passion for outside marketing. Proficiency using social media to market the community. Ability to learn property management software. AMSI preferred. Intermediate Excel and Word skills. Position is Full Time to include Weekends.
