· Senior Reverse Mortgage Loan Originator:
· Is currently individually licensed/compliant with both state and NMLS requirements. (Working under a banks license does not qualify!)
· Will report to Regional Sales Manager.
· Is comfortable earning bonuses for reaching & exceeding mutually set goals.
· Does not want or need to be micro managed!
· Able to do presentations to groups of financial advisers that we put you in front of.
· Wants to be able to be paid on the "Forward Mortgages" you come across!
· Is active in their local community.
· Is currently do 4-7 mortgages a quarter.
· Is able to communicate well both verbally and using electronic mediums such as e-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...
· Understands how to market themselves and their product to their target audience.
· Responsible for gathering necessary information to initiate a mortgage application, as well as follow up communication with the client.
