Essential Functions: Greets and announces visitors; receives and and distributes incoming mail; answers telephone and directs calls; receives and forwards non-credit course registrations to Conference Activities; answers routine questions via telephone and in person regarding courses; receives special course registration forms and fees; assists Dean with Weekend College scheduling; utilizes Banner to access departmental financial reports; prepares correspondence, course materials, reports and other documents using a PC and Microsoft Word and Excel; schedulesand makes arrangements for meetings to include notifying participants and arranging meeting space; makes travel arrangements and prepares travel reimbursement forms; assists with preparing reports to includeorganizing and formatting data using Microsoft Word; maintains files; regular and prompt attendance; ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required; related duties as required. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, three years secretarial experience, and the ability to type 35 correct words per minute. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
