Company Description:Job Description:Cashmere Agency is a lifestyle marketing agency specializing in online marketing and publicity for network television shows, major record label artists and brands.Cashmere is looking for an experienced, client-facing Project Manager to develop, market and plan strategic multi-faceted campaigns with an emphasis on social media and online marketing. Campaigns may include viral video production, live activations, street teams, radio promotions and more. The ideal candidate will be confident in these areas and understand how to utilize online marketing strategy to coincide and enhance all aspects of a campaign. Candidates must be well versed in digital marketing tactics, up-to-date on today’s social media tools and aware of the latest movements in the digital field.Responsibilities:You’ll be responsible for devising and executing projects through planning, strategic, creative and development phases. You will work closely with a team to ensure that all deliverables remain on target, in budget, and on time. Planning and strategy of multi-faceted campaigns Lead development of ongoing communication strategies including publishing calendar/timeline based on the identification of marketing objectives Maintaining brand / brand representatives voice consistency on SNPs Knowledge of all client brand guidelines (legal, privacy, content, etc) and ensuring all guidelines are adhered to Defining opportunities for brand integration on and offline Communicating frequently with brand and partner agencies Liaison and negotiation with clients and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of projects Managing client requests and exceeding expectations Generating brand community dialogue, buzz and interaction using SNP's Participating in brainstorming and creative meetings Analysis of stats and reporting to clientRequirements: 1-3 years relevant experience Bachelor’s degree Demonstrable ability to manage client projects and long-term creative communications campaigns. Must be able to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table. Professional, efficient, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience functioning efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities and deadlines Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and tools Passion for music and popular culture
