DENVER is a male Golden Retriever / Chow Chow mix and is approximately 3 years old (July xxxx). He is a medium sized dog and weighs about 49 pounds. DENVER was rescued from a local shelter after he was found tied to a fire hydrant. He can be a little bit shy when meeting new people but he warms up quickly! DENVER gets along well with other male and female dogs of all sizes and loves to play and race around in the back yard. DENVER loves to be petted and brushed and will happily accept a treat with a wag of his tail! He is a perfect gentleman inside the house. He is not a chewer and rarely jumps on the furniture. He is also a quiet boy and never barks. DENVER sleeps quietly on my bedroom floor at night. He does like to be my alarm clock in the morning by putting his front paws on my face/shoulders and touching his nose to my cheek! DENVER walks well on a leash and is good in the car. He is doggie door trained, housebroken and kennel trained. DENVER is ready to find his new forever home where he will receive the love and attention he deserves!
