FRODOs owner was no longer able to care for him and surrendered him to the shelter. FRODO has a fun attitude and is generally a calm and relaxed boy. He loves to play and is good with other dogs. FRODO adores people and all the attention you will give him especially when it comes to a good belly rub. He is kennel trained and doggie door trained.
